Jennifer Magno is a Tasmanian artist and creative freelancer, who combines a love for Tasmania's flora and fauna, vintage scientific illustration and dreamy pastel colours to create soft, whimsical works using predominantly watercolour and gouache. She trained formally as a graphic designer at the Tasmanian School of Art and completes freelance design work for clients such as Salamanca Arts Centre, Oyster & Pearl, The Little Flower Shop and Penny Contemporary alongside her personal artwork projects.

Jennifer works from her home studio in the beautiful Huon Valley and produces original watercolour, gouache and ink paintings. From these original works, she makes fine art prints and greeting cards that are all printed locally in Hobart, Tasmania. Jennifer has a strong environmental focus in her work and her range of greeting cards are printed locally on 100% recycled card with a 100% recycled envelope and are packaged in a biodegradable cellophane sleeve.
